Each nutrition consultation is tailored to the individuals food preferences and lifestyle. Everyone has their own unique past which is taken into consideration as an individualized meal plan is created for each client's lifestyle - there truly is no cookie cutter diet/meal plan. Additionally, developing a healthy relationship with food is a priority in order to succed in a positive lifestyle change.
Kathryn's overall mission is to provide individuals tools to reach their own personal goals and to empower individuals to maintain this change long term. As a culture, we must return full circle to the concept of eating to live instead of living to eat. This enables us to use food to fuel our bodies - at that point all goals will be met successfully!
