Nutrition is an integral part of every individual's life on a daily basis. The nutrients one puts into their body will immediately effect their energy levels along with overall well being. Kathryn places an emphasis on using food for fuel and understanding the importance of nutrient timing.

Each nutrition consultation is tailored to the individual food preferences and lifestlye; everyone is different and this is taken into consideration as an individual meal plan is created to work for you and your lifestyle. Developing a healthy relationship with food is a priority in order to succeed in a positive lifestlye change.  

The end goal is to ultimately help each person reach their own personal goals and then be able to maintain this change long-term. We must return full circle to the concept of eating to live instead of living to eat and use food to fuel our bodies - at that point all goals will be met successfully in due time!
